my lord you laid your own track instead of buying pre made track
thats so far above of where I am. Im 60 years old and quit smoking
and as a reward to myself i started my first h.o. layout, used a lot
of woodland scenics material but i think i’ll go home and burn it
yours is just outstanding. Good luck

Thanks for the kind work. You should email me some of your images as I would be glad to provide some ideas. I wish I could make my layout a full time hobby, but 28 is a little early to consider retirement. Keep visiting as more updates are on their way.
I just found your blog. As far as I can tell your last post was in April 2008. Just curious if you have continued documenting your layout and would love to see how it has come since April ‘08.
Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately the biggest interference with railroading for me has been work lately. A change of jobs and being on the road a lot has taking almost all my free time away. I am working on things continually but at a slow pace. I hope this winter will allow me more time. I will do a post with some updates in the near future.
Thanks again and sorry for not being able to update this blog as much as I would like these days.

Are you in Florida? I just wondered cuz you have gainesville on your layout.
Thanks for your comment. No. I am located in Canada. I just have a small industrial town on my railroad where the name Gainesville seems to fit.
Thanks again and happy railroading.
